Defining Excellence

Defining Excellence—Caring for Our Patients and Communities Together, Matters.

Since 1979 Central California Faculty Medical Group’s providers and staff have cared for the Central Valley through every disaster, emergency, follow-up appointment, and wellness visit. Every day since then, our expert physicians have imparted their knowledge and wisdom to the next generation of health care leaders. For more than 40 years, we have dedicated ourselves to providing every patient at every visit with excellent care.

When CCFMG opened our first private practice office in 1984, our goal was to give our community unprecedented access to UCSF faculty physicians. This tradition of access to our world-class clinicians continues today. Through the University Centers of Excellence, patients can access the same level of care they expect to receive in larger cities, without leaving the Central Valley.

The University Centers of Excellence are the private practice sites of CCFMG. Each of our physicians holds a faculty appointment from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. They teach the next generation of health care leaders through the UCSF Fresno program. We are deeply proud of what this partnership and our faculty practice sites offer our community.

But what does it really mean to partner with CCFMG and the University Centers of Excellence to ensure excellent care for Valley patients? It means excellence through trailblazing, innovative services, and care options. It means excellence through access to world-class knowledge and expertise locally. Most importantly, it means excellence by entrusting your care to physicians dedicated to the health of every community we serve and to always doing what is right for every patient.

Our physicians, advanced practice providers, and administrative staff are committed to caring for our community and to advancing medicine through research. We look forward to serving our patients, as we have done every day for the last 40 years.

Caring for Today’s Patients. Teaching Tomorrow’s Doctors.
