University North Medical Specialty Center specializes in pulmonary sleep disorders and women's specialty health (NaPro TECHNOLOGIES). First established in 1988, it has been providing exceptional health care for those who require these unique forms of care. Our staff is highly qualified with board certified physicians and highly trained specialists to provide comprehensive specialized care.
Our office provides polysomnography six days per week overseen by two board certified sleep specialists. We continue to provide comprehensive pulmonary services for the Central Valley, also overseen by board certified pulmonary specialists. It is a referral center for areas from throughout the San Joaquin Valley.

Dominic Dizon, M.D., specializes in Internal Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Dizon completed his Internship and residency training at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center – Oakland. He attended the University of California, Davis for his undergraduate degree and the University of California, Davis School of Medicine for his graduate degree.
He and his wife have six children. Dr. Dizon enjoys community volunteer activities and spending time with his family.

Lynn Keenan, M.D. specializes in NaPro Technologies. NaPro Technologies is new to women’s health science. It helps women get to know their bodies and in turn can aid their physicians in diagnosing and/or treating seven of the top ten diseases affecting women today, including lowering the risk for heart disease, strokes and many female cancers. A woman’s overall health can be improved by monitoring her monthly cycle – empowering patients to understand their health for a lifetime. She is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Keenan completed her internship and residency training at the University of California, San Francisco, Fresno.
