The Winter Party Was Paused Since COVID Kept Us Away, So Instead We're Throwing You A Grand Spring Soirée!

Friday, May 13, 2022 | Fresno Chaffee Zoo | 6 - 10 p.m.

Dress in your best formal jungle attire, while we show our appreciation for our staff and providers. Enjoy a sunset dinner on the savanna while taking in the sights and sounds of the African Adventure exhibit. Hang out with some amazing party animals—and we don't just mean your colleagues— feed a giraffe on Twiga Terrace and visit stingrays and sharks in Stingray Bay's touch pool, during the first hour of the event.

** Please feel free to arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure you have adequate time to get your parking validation and make your way to the event space. There will be a table at the entrance of the Fresno Chaffee Zoo where you will receive your official event wristbands and there will signage to help guide you to the event space.

What is the dress code for this event?

The dress code for this event is cocktail attire, semi-formal, or formal wear. Feel free to use our "Sunset on The  Savanna" theme to inspire your attire.

The event area is on grass so flats, wedges, or chunky heeled shoes are recommended.

Where is the best place to park?

Use the Belmont Ave. exit off of HWY 99 and use the Belmont entrance into Roeding Park. There is parking directly in front of the zoo entrance, a large lot just left of the entrance, as well as plenty of parking all along the park roads.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:

    • Park your car. Take a photo or note your license plate number, you will need to enter it at the kiosk.
    • Find a kiosk in Roeding Park (there are 11 on site, see photos below).
    • Press the green ‘START’ button.
    • Hit the number 2 on the key pad.
    • Enter your license plate number and hit the check mark button (white button with a black checkmark).
    • Enter code: 36619 and then the check mark button.
    • The printed ticket is your receipt, it does not need to be placed on dash.

Please note:
The code is not able to be entered on the mobile site or the ParkMobile® app.
The code is only valid on May 13, 2022.
