Timothy Caminata NP-C

Timothy Caminata Jr. is a certified nurse practitioner who brings his interests in gastroenterology and rheumatology to augment his work in support of physicians in these important medical specialties.

He earned a Master of Science in nursing as a family nurse practitioner at Fresno Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in nursing. While pursuing his master’s degree, Timothy presented his graduate research project on the mitochondrial metabolic theory of cancer and its implications for advanced nursing practice.

After graduation, Timothy gained experience as a clinical nurse in the emergency department at Saint Agnes Medical Center and as a nurse practitioner at Mittal Gastroenterology & Rheumatology. While earning his degrees, Timothy was a registered nurse and a pediatric nurse extern at Valley Children’s Hospital.

In his spare time, Timothy relaxes with archery and works to lower his golf handicap.
