  • 2. Risk stratify patients into low-risk, submassive, and massive PE categories to better identify populations that are high risk for morbidity and mortality from their PE
  • 3. Manage patients with both low-risk and high-risk PE with a variety of treatment options, including anticoagulation, medical and interventional lysis strategies, and surgical therapies
  • 4. Describe the epidemiology, classification and pathophysiology of pulmonary hypertension.
