Finance Project Manager – Finance Department

Develop and oversee a variety of projects related to revenue. This role combines the financial oversight duties of an accounting professional with the team leadership and coordination of a project manager.
Perform several duties during the project lifecycle; including data gathering and analysis, cash flow monitoring and reporting, tax compliance. Work with internal/external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and produce the directed results.

Job Qualification Requirements:
• B.S. in Accounting/Business, or related field.

• Minimum 10 or more years’ experience required in accounting systems in addition to experience as a financial analyst. Five years’ in project management.

• Working knowledge of all accounting functions required, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Knowledge of accounting practices to understand and interpret various accounting systems.
• Working knowledge of computerized general ledger accounting software programs.
• High level proficiency in Excel and Word applications; working knowledge of PowerPoint software preferred.

Physical Requirements:
• Involves sitting approximately 90 percent of the day, walking or standing the remainder. Some bending, stooping, and lifting up to 15 pounds.


• Conduct financial due diligence and apply accounting procedures while gathering and analyzing data from various sources.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses for projects across departments while identifying areas where cash flow and revenue can be improved.
• Support budgeting and financial management to help their team’s complete projects according to estimated budget.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to prevent project delays to meet budgetary and cash flow goals.
• Communicates goals and expectations to team members as well as leadership team.
• Schedule and manage timelines to ensure that deliverables are completed according to schedule.
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
• Examine, verify and provide cost benefit analysis for key projects.
• Provide financial insight through thought process, modeling, and other financials tools to aid in reaching appropriate financial decisions for the business.
• Secure growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
• Support the purpose, mission and values of CCFMG.
• Other administrative duties required to meet company performance standards.
