NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT – CHRONIC DISEASE PROGRAM
Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG), affiliated with the University of California San Francisco-Fresno Medical Education Program, is in search of a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the outpatient Chronic Lung Disease Program that has an emphasis in Severe Asthma and COPD disease management, and cares for many high-risk, ethnically diverse patients. The ideal candidate serves in a capacity where one may supervise clinical staff, coordinate patient care activities and continuity of care. Education/Experience Required: Graduate of an accredited Physician’s Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program, with 2 years relevant clinical experience in Lung Disease or Cardiology required.
Licensures/Certification: National Board Certification. Candidate must have a current CA license or is in the process of obtaining.
