Values Support Unit

We promote and support the Values & Foundations of CCFMG

The Values Support Unit (VSU) has been established to provide an avenue of cohesiveness, understanding, motivation and interaction.  Our goal is to raise the level of awareness of the Values and Foundations throughout the entire organization.  “Living the Values” has become a valuable tool in our day-to-day interaction with those with whom we come in contact and our own job self-satisfaction.  We believe that the future will be enriched with many new and wonderful experiences for all of us due to the fact that we are “LIVING THE VALUES”.  VSU members motivate and encourage staff and faculty participation in company and community events. 

VSU PROJECTS HAVE INCLUDED: (partial list)

• Adopt-A-Family Program to help needy families during the holidays
• Youth to camp to sponsorship
• Annual employee appreciation BBQ
• Community Food Bank supporter
• Company softball team sponsor
