He received his residency training at the University of California, San Francisco - Fresno. His internship was completed at the University of Washington Affiliate/Harborview Medical Center. His graduate work was completed at the University of Minnesota Medical School and his undergraduate studies were at the University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts.
Dr. Kallsen is the Chief of Emergency Medicine at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC).
He and his lovely wife have two daughters. He enjoys travel, skiing, sailing, reading and wood-working.

Deniz Baysal, M.D., specializes in complex fractures, fractures not healed or incorrectly healed, minimally invasive and percutaneous techniques, and hip and knee joint replacement. He received his board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr. Baysal received his undergraduate degree from the University of Calgary, then attended the University of Alberta – Medical School. He completed his fellowship training at UT Southwestern Medical School.
He and his lovely wife, Heather, along with their black Labrador Retriever, Robbie, moved here from Pennsylvania. Shortly after arriving in Fresno they welcomed their son to their family. Roger Mortimer, M.D. is board certified in family practice.
He received residency training at the University of California, San Francisco - Fresno. He attended the University of California, Berkley for his undergraduate studies.
Dr. Mortimer precepts in several Family Medicine resident clinics, frequently supervises an inpatient resident team and works in Community Medical Center's HIV clinic.
Dr. Mortimer is the interim Chief of Family and Community Medicine.
In his spare time he explores caves. He is active in the Cave Research Foundation's activities in Sequoia-Kings Canyon National Park. His interest in cave search and rescue led to training in cave rescue. He is currently the Western Regional Coordinator for the National Cave Rescue Commission. He teaches cave rescue locally and nationally and has written scientific papers on aspects of cave rescue and wilderness medicine.

Joan Voris, M.D. is the Associate Dean of the UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program.
Joan Voris, M.D., completed her residency training at the University of California, San Francisco, Valley Medical Center/Valley Children's Hospital. Her internship was completed at Pacific Presbyterian Hospital. She received her graduate degree from Stanford University School of Medicine and her undergraduate degree from Stanford University.
UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program is a clinical branch of the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. UCSF Fresno plays a vital role in answering local healthcare needs, ranging from training medical professionals to providing clinical care for patients, to conducting research pertinent to the Valley's diverse and growing population, to creating a pipeline of students academically prepared to pursue careers in health and medicine.
Since Dr. Voris' became the Associate Dean in 2002, UCSF Fresno has increased the number of faculty by 373 and added all the fellowship programs (cardiology, gastroenterology, hospitalist, infectious disease, minimally invasive surgery, pulmonary/critical care medicine, surgical critical care/acute care, trauma surgery, ultrasound and wilderness medicine.
Joyce Fields-Keene

Joyce Fields-Keene is the Executive Director for CCFMG and has been with the corporation since 1981.
Joyce started as an intern and quickly moved up in the organization. She served as the Director of Finance before being the Acting Administrator, to become the Executive Director within a few short months.
Joyce has demonstrated great leadership from her role on the Board of Directors, to her interaction with the hospital and physicians, to her responsibilities at the corporate office.
Joyce has a B.S. in Business Administration, Health Care Management and an M.P.A., in Health Care Management.
Jack Chubb
Chief Executive Officer, CRMC
Jack Chubb has been the CEO of Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) since 2005.
As the CEO of CRMC he has seen tremendous growth and momentous changes. In April 2007 University Medical Center's (UMC) acute care services were moved to CRMC. The burn center and Level 1 trauma Center moved from UMC to CRMC.
Jack has embraced the creation of an academic regional medical center, making room for the world's first Gen4 CyberKnife, completing construction of a new laboratory and opening a 52 bed Neuroscience Center of Excellence on the 9th floor that's attracting neurologists and neurosurgeons to the Valley. Most recently a 65 bed NICU was added to the hospital, creating the Valley's only High-Risk Antepartum Unit with NICU at one location.
In addition to overseeing the daily activities at CRMC he also oversees operations of the clinics and the DeWitt Skilled Nursing Facility at Community Health Center - Cedar, the Community Behavioral Health Center, the Community Living Center and outpatient clinics at the Community Health Center - Sierra.
